Pole fitness sessions at FlyPowerfitness focus on personal goal achievement, which could be a simple spin for one person or a superman hold for a more experienced student.
Classes are offered at specific levels from beginners to more advanced to mixed ability classes.
Think you need to be super strong to pole? Think again….the syllabus has been tailor-made to help begginers build up their strength and confidence, It is jam packed with tricks, spins and fluid dance elements so you can work at your own pace under the supervision of our instructors.
You will find that everyone in our classes are very supportive of each other and we always have fun! Pole is for EVERYONE and we offer a variety of different classes, wether you really want to work on your tricks, or if you'd like to wear some big heels and learn a routine, roll around on the floor and learn some exotic dancing, or you can come and work on your flexability and strength!
