AERIAL ARTS 

Here at FlyPowerFitness we offer a wide variety of Aerial Arts classes from ages 3+, our classes include: Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock, Circus Tots and Circus Club. Each of these classes are tailored to include anyone from the complete beginner to those with experience. Aerial Arts is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, and it's a fantastic way to strengthen your core. You should also see improvements in your flexibility, balance and coordination as you slowly begin to positions your body into new poses. The aerial hoop and hammocks are apparatus suspended from the ceiling at varying heights depending on the individual. You don't need to be strong or flexible to enjoy these classes, the classes are aimed at building strength and confidence and you'll be flying before you know it.
